Pale pink colour with bluish reflections. Intense, fresh citric, floral notes (violet, white flowers), red fresh fruit (green cherry, plum). It passes through the mouth with volume. Refreshing aftertaste.
Viticulture
This wine 100% Mencía, was born from the freshest vineyards in the Bierzo Valley, located in area of Otero and Villadecanes, and settled on clay and mineral soils.
Vinification
Fermentation on stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
