Viticulture
Cuatro Pasos Black, 100% Mencía, is born from grapes selected from balanced low-yielding strains, most over 80 years old, from vineyards located in hillside areas of the Bierzo region.
Vinification
Fermentation on stainsless steel tanks with temperature control. 8 months agging on french and american oak barrel.
