Vinification
100 % Albariño from the Salnés Valley, Alba Martín is a reflection of its land. A strict classification of vineyards and selection of fruit profiles led to the production of this wine. Grapes were manually-harvested in small (20 kg) crates. Fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Malolactic conversion adds a layer of creaminess.
