Tasting note
Balfour 1503 Classic Cuvee is beautifully balanced with lively citrus, apple fruit and vibrant English acidity. Made in an approachable style, where the quality of the Kentish fruit is the star, a wonderful example of a fruit forward yet complex traditional method English sparkling wine
Vinification
Selected Cuvées, blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonna and Pinot Munier. Cool, stainless steel fermentations ensure clean varietal fruit character and expressive primary aromas. Secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by a minimum of 12 months lees ageing.
