Tasting note
Extremely elegant, with a fresh and delicate bouquet, marked by notes of green apple and lime. Crisp on the palate with a penetrating minerality, marked by its freshness and citrus notes.
Vinification
Harvest takes place at night to ensure absolute freshness in the grapes. Grapes undergo low pressure press. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures of 18oC to preserve fresh aromatics.
