Tasting note
On the nose it shows cranberry, English strawberry and lemon balm, with a gentle herbal edge. The palate is light yet intense, with juicy red fruit, subtle citrus and a firm, refreshing backbone that reveals layers of flavour as it opens in the glass.
Viticulture
A bright, graceful rosé that is full of character, crafted from Meunier and Pinot Noir grown on clay and chalk soils across our Madehurst and Streat vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are picked then whole-bunch pressed and cold settled for 36 hours. The juice is then racked and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then stabilised, filtered and was bottled in April 2024.
