Tasting note

Peat, cereal notes with hints of dark sugar, tar, and ground espresso beans. Sweet, ripe fruit and wild honey. Malt notes quickly replaced by powerful peat and smoked barley, leading to caramel and demerara finishing with a touch of espresso.
