Tasting note
Deep garnet with modern intensity, opening on dried cherry, blackberry compote and plum, layered with cocoa, sweet spice and balsamic lift. Silky yet structured, it shows polished tannins, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish of dark fruit, tobacco and mineral echoes with lingering warmth.
Viticulture
Hand-selected grapes are sourced from carefully tended hillside vineyards, where traditional training methods and low yields ensure concentration and balance. The combination of good sun exposure, well-ventilated sites and diverse soils supports slow, even ripening, preserving freshness while building depth, structure and aromatic complexity.
Vinification
Hand-selected grapes are dried in ventilated crates for around three months before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete. The wine then matures for around three years in large oak casks before bottle refinement for at least six months
