Tasting note
Piedmont white from the Cortese grape, delicately citrussy and breathing fresh-mown grass and almonds.
Vinification
Made with grapes from the Monferrato area (bordering Gavi) and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel for a pure, fruit-forward character.
Food Match
An excellent aperitif or a superb match for shellfish. Will also marry well with light pasta dishes, salads and grilled white meat.
