Known as Rolle in Provence, this Mediterranean white offers citrus zest, white peach, and herbal notes, often with a saline finish. Naturally high in acidity, it produces vibrant, refreshing wines that pair perfectly with seafood. Some versions see lees aging, adding texture and depth. Found in both still and sparkling forms, it is a staple of Provençal winemaking.
