Tasting note
A seamless line of fruit from our terra rossa vineyards is supported by a fine tannin framework. Flavours of red cherry and plum are complimented by the secondary notes of walnuts and mixed cooking spice. Very intense yet elegant.

Viticulture
Coonawarra is perched on a low limestone dune, situated 80 kilometres from the sea. This highly sort after location, has intensely red terra rossa soils running in a narrow 20-kilometre strip from Penola in the south to Glenroy in the north.
Vinification
The region's international reputation comes from the unique terra rossa soil. The unique combination of this rich red soil and a cool southerly climate is optimal for growing intensely-flavoured grapes.
