Tasting note

A Demerara Navy style rum. Sugar cane produced on the banks of Guyana's Demerara River is said to be amongst the sweetest in the Caribbean – Wood's is pot distilled from this. Wood's 100 is often used as a 'float' on cocktails due to its flavour and strength.
