Tasting note
Pale pink in colour, it has flavours of redcurrant, dried flowers and spices on the nose, with a subtle herbal quality. Dry, with bitter red fruit flavours, it has a firm finish with lingering herbal notes.
Vinification
Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. A blend of the best free run juices and press juices, fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control.
Food Match
Pairs perfectly with Shellfish and light pasta dishes as well as chicken with cream based sauces. Can also stand up to darker meat such as pork and veal, or simply enjoy as an aperitif amongst friends
