Tasting note
Pink, a fragrant scent elegant and wide; dry, fresh and savoury.
Viticulture
Rosé wine obtained from Gaglioppo grapes, coming from vineyards trained with spurred cordon. The soil is clayey-limestone, located in the historic production area “Cirò”. Organic.
Vinification
Organic spur cordon-trained Gaglioppo, grown on clay-limestone soil. Manual harvest into small crates. Maceration on skins for 4-5 hours Soft pressing, then cold fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks for about 5 months, and at least 1 month in bottle before release.
Food Match
Cold cuts and cold appetizers, it is excellent on stewed or grilled fish dishes, on grilled meat and rabbit.
