Tasting note
Award-winning, organic crisp white wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Sicily. A refreshing crisp white wine with peach and white flower notes.
Vinification
Soft pressing of grapes followed by must clarification at 12°C for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at 16 degrees using selected yeats. Aged in stainless steel for 5 months.
