Violet red color of medium-high layer Red fruits aromas (blackberries, raspberries). Round in the mouth, fruity, with a long and fruity finish.
Viticulture
Grapes from the upper Najerilla Valley subzone, Atlantic climate with clay soils.
Vinification
Full destemming and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º.
Food Match
A perfect match for all types of rice and pasta dishes, charcuterie, white meats, vegetable stew, fish in tomato sauce, beef carpaccio, endives with Roquefort, wild mushrooms.
