Tasting note
Elegant Syrah from Chile's northernmost wine region, an intriguing, fragrant blend of floral notes and black pepper.
Viticulture
Grapes come from three different vineyards with dominance of Titon area (cool climate at 1050 feet above sea level),with a very low production per vine.
Vinification
The winemaking is the traditional Syrah; cold maceration, fermentation at 22-24ºC,full malolactic fermentation and aging in barrels (only 60% of the volumes for 6 months).
Food Match
An excellent accompaniment to roasted and grilled meat.
