Tasting note
This intense and bright Sauvignon Blanc has gooseberry and heirloom tomato aromas, and is bone dry with tingly acidity and herbal notes on the palate.

92/100 - Minerals and limes on the nose with a touch of guavas. Vibrant acidity brightens up the palate with a pithy, flavorful finish. Bone dry, textured and pretty gastronomic. Drink now.
Vinification
Hand-harvested and hand-selected fruit, both in the vineyard and the winery. Fermented for 20 days at a cool 15°C in stainless steel tanks, where the wine rests for 5 months with periodic lees-stirring to develop textural dimensions.
