Tasting note
A light and refreshing rose, with fresh cranberry and raspberry notes on the nose. On the palate the wine is crisp with some citrus flavours coupled with a core of red fruit such as strawberries.
Viticulture
100% Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested from ancient vineyards near Verona which are mostly planted using the tendone or pergola training system
Vinification
This Pinot Grigio is gently crushed, cold settled, and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel. After racking and filtering the wine is left to mature in tank before bottling.
