Tasting note
On the nose smells of small red fruits and fresh roses. On the palate has a nice spicy note.
Viticulture
Espalier.
Vinification
Short cryo-maceration of the skin through soft press. Thermocontrolled fermentation at 15°C-16°C. Aged in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees.
Food Match
To be paired with typical Apulian fish dishes, white meats and cheeses.
