Tasting note
Pale lemon with subtle green reflections. An expressive aromatic bouquet of ripe pear and elderflower leads to a fresh, elegant palate with delicate citrus and almond notes. Balanced acidity and a gentle savoury minerality create a harmonious finish with refreshing persistence.
Viticulture
Made from 100% Fiano grapes grown in the Salento region of Puglia, southern Italy. The warm Mediterranean climate encourages aromatic ripeness, while careful vineyard management helps preserve freshness and varietal character.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by clarification through nitrogen flotation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C. The wine is aged in stainless steel, with periodic lees suspension to enhance texture, freshness and aromatic complexity.
Food Match
Perfect with seafood salad and baked fish.
