Viticulture
The Primitivo grapes are cultivated in the warm, sun-drenched vineyards of Salento, where the Mediterranean climate, low rainfall and cooling coastal breezes encourage even ripening and concentration while helping retain freshness, resulting in naturally ripe, expressive fruit with a refined and balanced character.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed and fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and purity of the Primitivo fruit, followed by a short period of maturation in American oak that adds delicate vanilla, cocoa and sweet-spice nuances while maintaining the wine’s modern, elegant and fruit-driven character.
