Bone-dry Riesling from a famous Alsace estate, zinging with lemon and grapefruit, softened by white peach.
Viticulture
The Trimbach family’s winemaking roots trace back to 1626 with Jean Trimbach in Riquewihr. Today, their vineyards near Ribeauvillé thrive under the Vosges’ protective microclimate. Planted on the Ribeauvillé fault line, the soils blend limestone and fossilized seashells, creating exceptional Alsace terroirs.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are brought directly to the winery where the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early without malolactic fermentation.
