This dark red wine is then aged for nine months in new American and European oak barrels. This results in a delicious red wine with complexity of flavor that is simply enjoyable.
Viticulture
California wine made with grapes sourced from North Coast, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Valley North.
Vinification
SALDO Zinfandel fermented in stainless steel tanks, starting with a cold maceration period of three days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was then transferred to barrels for nine months of aging in new American oak (30%) and French oak (5%), adding depth, texture, and complexity to the final blend.
