Tasting note
Expressive and aromatic with lifted notes of pink grapefruit, blood orange peel and watermelon, alongside fresh, vibrant wild strawberries. A beautifully pale, elegant, yet deeply textured wine on the palate. It balances bright acidity with creamy richness. Expect flavours of crunchy red cherry, red apple rind and balsamic strawberry. Crisp, complex and gently grippy finish with a long, sophisticated and lingering finish.
Unique Selling Point
We have 6 different labels for this wine by young photographer Jack Waddington, we love his approach to photography, unique, very much like our 100% barrel fermented rose. We don't think any Engllish producers take their rose production anywhere near as seriously as we do.

Hand harvested and all that…
Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes were whole-bunch pressed, then 93% was fermented in old Burgundy barrels and the remaining 7% went into a brand new Remond barrel. The wine stayed in barrel for 6 months before being bottled. 7% went through Malolactic
