Tasting note
For those that think they don't like Chardonnay. We crafted this with purity and precision in mind, inspired by the Chablis style. Pale yellow in color, the nose opens with fresh apples, pears, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, it’s beautifully balanced, with a hint of salinity enhancing its clean, refined finish.
Unique Selling Point
Our labels change every year and are always produced by young designers aged 25 and under. This wine features 6 different labels by young travel photographer, Louix Hunter. Each bottle is hand waxed and hand stamped, finally something that looks as good on the outside as it does on the inside.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes were whole-bunch pressed, with a portion fermented in a short, wide tank to maximize lees contact, while the rest aged in old Burgundy barrels for around 10 months with periodic stirring. The wines were then blended, bottled, and left to mature for an additional eight months before release.
