Tasting note
Highly aromatic and fresh. It displays vibrant red and black fruit notes like plum and cherry, layered with mountain violet florals, sweet spices, and subtle undertones of menthol, caramel, and chocolate from its barrel aging. Generous and voluminous in the mouth, beautifully rounded tannins.
Viticulture
Blend of 100+ parcels from Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, grown between 1,070m and 1,650m.
Vinification
12 months in used French oak barrels to build complexity, mixed with a small portion kept in concrete vats to protect pure fruit expression.
Food Match
Perfect with classic grilled or stewed red meats, including skirt steak, rib of beef, roasted lamb leg, or pork belly.
