Tasting note
The vibrant pink colour comes from 15% of still Pinot Noir that's added to a Chardonnay-weighted blend; the result is both pretty and delicious, with a noseful of freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants and a balanced mouthful of red fruit.
Vinification
Taittinger Prestige Rosé's vibrant hue is achieved through a complex process. The addition of 15% still red wine, sourced from top Pinot Noir grapes, infuses the blend with colour and vibrancy. Chardonnay (30%) contributes elegance and delicacy, characteristic of Taittinger's style.
Food Match
Taittinger Prestige Rose can be enjoyed both at the start and the end of an evening. A delicious, fragrant aperitif, it is also a subtle accompaniment to a red fruit-based dessert (tart, salad or red fruit crumble).
