Tasting note
Elegant pale salmon pink color. The nose displays a fine floral profile, with delicate hints of nuts. On the mouth, its freshness and juicy acidity are in perfect combination with flavors of currants and strawberries. It has very good balance and structure. Due to its pleasant tension on the palate, it can be enjoyed by itself or with meals.

92/100 - Cropped from a cold vintage, the ultra pale 2022 Susana Balbo Signature Rosé was produced with a blend of very early harvested Malbec (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) from Valle de Uco, with only 12.5% alcohol and great freshness and acidity. It has a profile closer to a white than a light red, in fact; it's almost transparent and so young and austere on the nose that it could very well be confused with a white, a blanc de noirs. It's sharp, vibrant and very tasty.
Viticulture
Traditional viticultural practices used.
Vinification
Hand-harvest. Grapes refrigerated for 24 hours in a cold room before pressing. Whole-bunch pressing at low pressure then fining. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 12°Cfor 20 days.
