Tasting note
BenMarco Sin Límites (without limits) Chardonnay shows the amazing attributes of the extreme Gualtallary terroir, at around 1,600 metres elevation in the Uco Valley. It has delicious fresh papaya, pear and pineapple fruit character, with a generous creaminess and an intriguing, spicy note, reminiscent of church incense. It has fabulous balance between rich texture and vibrant acidity. An absolutely superb Chardonnay.

Vinification
Fruit is fully de-stemmed, then macerated in the press for six hours at low temperature, using dry ice. Wild yeast fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels, and 25% of the wine is allowed to undergo malolactic conversion.
Food Match
Fatty fish like salmon and trout, grilled chicken, fresh salads and pastas with creamy or herbal sauces.
