Tasting note

Starward Nova is a fruity, double distilled single malt whiskey aged in lightly charred or steamed barrels sourced from local wineries. The resulting spirit is bursting with juicy complexity and flavour from both wine and the oak… Just sumptuous! It has notes of black cherries and caramel backed by the fruit and tannic structure from those red wine casks. It can be enjoyed neat, or on the rocks - it’s also rather delicious in a Manhattan.
