Tasting note
A delicate shade of pink, like the inside of a seashell. Beautiful, expressive aromas of juicy pear, white peach and watermelon. It has an effortless balance between delicate finesse and satisfying roundness, with flavours on the palate of citrus, galia melon, rose petals and golden apple.
Vinification
The vineyards chosen to produce XF are located on the left bank of the Ebro River, in the parishes of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. Work is done with the utmost respect for the environment, with minimal intervention and in harmony with the biorhythms of the terroir.
