Tasting note
Beautifully delicate pink in appearance, with raspberry and rose petal aromas, it has fabulous freshness and delicacy, yet personality by the barrelful. Superb juicy fruit character on the palate, with refreshing acidity and deliciously sustained flavour on the finish.
Vinification
Hand-selected red and white Rioja grapes (predominantly Garnacha and Viura) undergo low-temperature cold maceration for delicate colour and aromatics, followed by gentle pneumatic pressing and stainless steel fermentation without oak contact to maximise freshness.
Food Match
This vibrant, structured Rioja rosé pairs brilliantly with Spanish tapas like Jamón Ibérico and Manchego, seafood paella, grilled prawns, or light white meats.
