With a light green colour and a fine elegant aroma of artichoke, tomato extract, fresh radicchio, and green banana. The taste is soft and delicate, with a fresh balsamic palate.
Food Match
The lack of bitterness from the stone renders this oil ideal as sole dressing for fine fish. It is excellent with insalata caprese, with raw vegetables and as a dip. One of the best oils to use for cakes and sweets.
