Tasting note
Golden apple and Williams pear aromas next to chalky minerality with a lightly salty finish coming from the volcanic soils of the Tokaj region. Refreshing and creamy with a lovely chalky texture. Brioche crust, preserved lemon flavors with some fennel seeds too. Long and mineral finish with a refreshing and crystal-clear acidity.
Viticulture
The 10-30 year old vines are grown in eroded soils that include a layer of ryolite and small patches of fertile loam.

Seafood: Blanc de Blancs is the perfect pairing for seafood dishes like sushi, sashimi, oysters or scallops. The lightness of the doesn't overpower the delicate flavours of the seafood.
