Tasting note
Subtle and well-balanced semi-dry organic cider. Fruity attack with notes of «terroir» in the end of mouth, giving a reminder of the Norman origins of the product. Creamy effervescence, soft attack with a end of leather and a bit of astringency which structure the end of mouth. Baked apple aromas accompany the set.

It goes perfectly with soft cheeses, pastas and white meats. It also works very well in cocktails with dark spirits. Serve at 8°C.
