Viticulture
Selected vineyards situated in the Classico area of the hills of the north- east part of Verona.
Vinification
Soft pressing with very short skin maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is refined mainly in traditional- and stainless steel tanks, while a small amount ages in small and medium sized oak.
Food Match
It combines perfectly with appetizers and pasta dishes, fish, shellfish or with white meat lightly tasty.
