Tasting note
Bright, attractive light red from northern Italy: a mouthful of ripe, tangy red fruit including raspberries, cherries and strawberries and a nose fragrant with spice.
Vinification
From Verona's finest vineyards, our blend boasts up to 50% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, and 20% Molinara. Harvested at 130 quintals per hectare, we use a cold maceration technique to extract colour and tannin gently. Fermented at 18-20°C in stainless steel, this young wine is bottled without oak for fresh, fruity delight.
