In the press

94/100 - Another exciting pinot noir from San Pedro that's one of the best from Chile. Iron, grapefruit, red berries, fine herbs and minerals on the nose. Tight and nicely austere, with a medium to full body and a very chewy finish. I love the tightness of the tannins. Drink from 2026.

Vinification

Significantly further south than the more famous Maipo and Rapel regions, and lacking the protection of a coastal mountain range, Malleco experiences a cool, maritime climate, with the possibility of rain throughout the growing season. While risky, these marginal conditions allow for the production of fantastic Pinot Noir.

Food Match

Mushroom risotto, pumpkin ravioli with hints of lavender, lean duck breast + smoked mashed potatoes.
