Tasting note

There are sweet notes of soft brown sugar, rum baba cake, toasted coconut, spiced compote, and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Followed by flavours of gingerbread cake, mince pie mix, and warming vanilla with an underlying fresh pineapple on the palate. The finish is rich and lingering with flavours of pecan nuts, marzipan and a subtle floral sweetness.
