Tasting note
A glorious Chardonnay Champagne, vibrating with nectarines, pineapples and peaches, preceded by a delicate, defining spritz of citrus.
Vinification
100% Chardonnay blend, including Premiers Crus grapes from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Sézannais wines add maturity, while Vesle valley wines bring freshness. Hand-picked grapes, stainless steel fermentation, full malolactic, 9 g/l dosage.
Food Match
A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent accompaniment for seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. It would also be very good with seared sole.
