Colur: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Scents: Intense, with scents of tropical fruit and wild flowers. Taste: Structured and full bodied, smooth and well balanced. Persistent.
Vineyard
Hills and Plains in Romagna, from 0 to 150m. Soil type is Limestone and clay. In Emilia Romagna Along the Adriatic coast, the sea moderates the climate: winters are milder, summers are slightly less hot, and temperature fluctuations are smaller. In the Apennines, the climate is cooler and wetter: temperate-humid at mid-altitudes, and cold in the higher mountains.

Vinification
The grapes used to make this wine are harvested by hand or mechanical and undergo destemming and traditional crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C for 12 days. After the fermentation, the wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks.

Enjoy with soft cheeses and olive oil focaccia or with seafood dishes and perferct with sushi and sashimi
