Tasting note
A rich shiraz balanced with delcious savoury characters and mouthfilling chewy tannins.
Viticulture
Hand picked fruit from hand pruned 18 year old vines.
Vinification
Made only in the best years. Concentrated basket pressings were collected then matured in new French oak for maturation on yeast lees for 15 months, then aged in the bottle for 5 years before release.
