Tasting note
This complex wine displays the many facets of Cabernet Sauvignon, from vibrant, herbaceous flavours through to cocoa and dark chocolate. It is well-balanced, with delicious, chewy tannins. A wine of great length, persistence and cellaring potential. Raj's Pick is the absolute cream of the crop of the Rojomoma vineyard.
Viticulture
Hand picked fruit from hand pruned vines.
Vinification
Made only in the best years. Concentrated basket pressings were collected then matured in new French oak for maturation on yeast lees for 15 months, then aged in the bottle for 5 years before release.
