Vinification
The fruit was harvested by hand between September 14 and October 21. In the cellar, the wine spent 23 days on the skins to heighten varietal character and complexity. Each log aged for 20 months in French oak barrels (100% new), ensuring seamless integration of fruit, tannins, and oak, before the final blend was determined.
