Tasting note
A complex and layered expression, opening with aromas of lemon peel, fresh citrus and a whisper of dried fruit from the Semillon Gris. The palate is creamy yet precise, with bright acidity carrying the flavours through to a long, elegant finish. A versatile and age-worthy wine that pairs beautifully with food.

Vinification
The grapes, including the Semillon Gris component, were 100% whole-bunch pressed before natural settling. Fermentation took place in a combination of amphora and barrels, followed by 10 months maturation.
