Tasting note
Pale, bright pink in colour, with fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry and rose petals complemented by subtle citrus notes. The palate is crisp, balanced and fruit-driven, featuring lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Vineyard
The vineyards are located in the high-altitude plateau of Utiel-Requena, at around 600–800 metres above sea level. Poor, well-drained soils and significant day–night temperature variation encourage balanced vine growth, helping to produce grapes with concentrated flavours, vibrant acidity, and excellent freshness.
Viticulture
Grapes are sourced from sustainably managed vineyards in Utiel-Requena, where a continental climate with Mediterranean influence promotes slow, balanced ripening. Careful canopy management and controlled yields ensure healthy fruit with excellent freshness, aromatic intensity and varietal expression.
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. A short skin contact imparts the delicate pink colour, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit aromas and vibrant acidity. The wine is bottled young to retain its freshness and purity.
Food Match
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, Mediterranean dishes, sushi, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif on its own.
