Tasting note
Expressive Portuguese red, juicy with wild berries, strawberries, blackberries, all enveloped in a perfume of flowers.
Vinification
After a rigorous selection of the best grapes, the fruit was destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel vats. The alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature for 7 days.
Food Match
Perfect wih charcuterie and spiced red meats such as pepper steak or chorizo.
