Tasting note
Expressive Portuguese red, juicy with wild berries, strawberries, blackberries, all enveloped in a perfume of flowers.
Vinification
After a rigorous selection of the best grapes, the fruit was destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel vats. The alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature for 7 days, with pumping-over to extract colour and tannins. Post-fermentation, malolactic conversion softens acidity in tank; minimal oak influence keeps it vibrant.
