Tasting note
Dark garnet in colour. A heady nose of violets and orange blossoms, backed by a smooth, fruit-forward palate of blackberries and spice.
Vinification
cold maceration before fermentation during 2 days. Fermentation in open tanks (lagar) with pumping overs twice a day for 2 weeks.
