Tasting note

silky well balanced and rather dry sparkling rose from the Languedoc-Roussilion region of France. Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Syrah which created tones of cummer berries, green apples and citrus. All natural colour. The sparkling Rose is matured for 12 months before being liberated from alcohol.
